Refund Policy
We would be happy to refund any accidental double or excess payments made over and above the actual charges (the stated fees at the time of admission, notified at the time of payment and notified via other notices or information). However do note that the actual charges itself once paid are fully non refundable. Please read the terms provided at the time of admission, and via subsequent notices or updates as it provides all the details.
Refund Policy
Refunds shall be at the sole discretion of the management. Refunds would be made via the same mode of payment. If this is not possible and if decided by the management the only alternate option would be a bank transfer or cheque payment. Any charges towards the refund would be deducted from the refund amount and only the balance shall be refunded. Any additional charges such as legal fee, posting, chargeback fee, etc would also be deducted from the refund amount. If at anytime a discrepancy is noticed in the refund done, you agree to refund us back the incorrectly refunded amount within 7 days.
Provisional Online Admission Process, Terms and requirements
- Admission form can be filled online or also by visiting the PreSchool during office hours. Do note that the admission form is different than the enquiry form.
- Child and parents have to physically be present with all the documents on the informed date and time for form submission to initiate the process.
- In case of non presence of the parents or your kid, or incase of incomplete documents or details, on the given date and time for form submission, the admission shall remain unallotted and may require re-submission subject to availability.
- Do carry a print of the filled form in case of unforeseen scenarios at the pre schools end.
- Filling and submitting the form or documents does not confirm admission. Please simultaneously apply in alternate schools as we have limited seats.
- Admission will be on first come first served basis, subject to availability & meeting eligibility requirements.
- Filling the form more than once for the same child is not allowed.
- Carefully fill all details in the form, as it cant be changed once submitted.
- Incomplete or incorrectly filled forms could be rejected without notice.
- No preference will be given to influential or political peoples requests / letters to give a fair opportunity to all.
- Do not fall prey to any person offering guaranteed admission in the PrePrimary school or assisting with the same or other favours.
- Do not pay any sum without receipts and pay only online through the official website / at the authorized bank using provided challan or at the school office and ensure you immediately receive your valid receipt.
- On confirmation of meeting the eligibility requirements and winning the lot, the childs name will appear in the admission list. Payment to be made in one stroke within the provided time frame failing which provisional admission or reservation will be cancelled.
